Project: 26 West Anapamu Street, Santa Barbara

This project was developed in conjunction between Pete and the TynanGroup. Pete represented them in the purchase of the property and partnered in the development of the building.
This 4 story mixed-use project consists of storage in the basement, retail on the ground floor, 2 levels of office space and a residential condominium unit on the top floor.
The City of Santa Barbara has limits on the amount of development on commercial properties. In order to increase the amount of building square footage above grade a portion of the exiting basement was filled-in allowing that square footage to be used elsewhere.
